Refund Policy

A refund guarantee is offered if any software purchased fails to work within 30 days of purchase and the license has not been activated.

Full or Partial refunds will not be made once the program license is activated except in circumstances where The Authors are unable or unwilling to ensure the successful operation of the program. All users will accept that, on occasions, changes to PC operating systems, installed third party software and internet websites that are out of the control of The Authors may cause problems with the program that will prevent it from running successfully. The Authors undertake to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, but delays may be inevitable when dealing with third party software suppliers. All claims to full or partial refunds are expressly voided if the software license is not activated within 3 months of purchase.

Any warranties or guarantees given in relation to this software product are expressly voided if the user is using the software product on a computer with Windows 7 installed. While the software product may work initially, its continued operation cannot and will not be guaranteed. Partial refunds only will be provided if the software product fails to operate on any PC with Windows 7 installed beyond the date of activation.

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or use the Software Product. If you have purchased a single license from The Authors or an authorized distributor, reseller or any retail channel, you may return it unused, within thirty (90) days after purchase, for a refund of your payment less any incidental charges. This 90-day warranty is applicable only to products bought within Australia. Products downloaded to or shipped out of Australia are strictly non-refundable. Warranty covers defects in the software, which prevents successfully installing the software in the buyer’s PC.

Warranty does not cover fitness of purpose, not meeting of expectations or needs in the mind of the buyer.
